Outlaws
Civil disobedience or a total disregard for the rules and regulations that govern our communities is a serious problem. The civic minded person, whose attitude and behaviour is beneficial to society, is confronted daily with antisocial conduct that threatens to destroy our peaceful coexistence. Smoking in a non smoking area; parking in a no parking zone; and not paying taxes are just a few of the many examples of this selfish, me first, attitude. This selfishness and disrespect for authority is the result of bad parenting. Babies that are allowed to manipulate their parents likely become antisocial adults. Failure to establish and enforce a set of rules at home leaves children totally unprepared for the real world. Many of these children are perfect candidates for developing what is known as Antisocial Personality Disorder. An individual with APD finds it difficult to fit into the society, respect the law and respect other people's rights.
