Foreign Workers
Globalization, depending on whom you talk to, is either the cause or the solution to the majority of the world's problems. In simple terms, globalization means that for all of us, from manufacturers and investors to workers and consumers, the playing field is no longer limited to the local, regional or national level. or is it? This new found freedom is dependent upon the elimination of existing controls which many countries are reluctant to get rid of. In fact, when it comes to dealing with a possible increase in foreign workers, governments are looking for ways to restrict their entry for fear that they will take jobs away from the native workers. The truth of the matter is that the foreign worker makes a significant contribution to society by taking the jobs that nobody else wants. The rejection of foreign workers is based more often on fears rather than facts.
