Indirect Questions
When changing from direct to indirect questions we change the subject-verb word order.

| How much have the neighbours paid for the house? | - | Do you know how much the neighbours paid for the house? |
| How much does a coffee cost in this hotel? | - | Can you ask how much a coffee costs in this hotel? |
| How long will the meeting last? | - | Do you know how long the meeting will last? |
| How far is it from the office to the airport? | - | I don't know how far it is from the office to the airport. |
| How often do the children go to the park? | - | Do you know how often the children go to the park? |
| Where would the director prefer to have dinner? | - | I don't know where the director would prefer to have dinner. |
