I just want to introduce myself and ask a question.
My name is Peter - as you allready know... I am fourty something years old and retired early because of health problems. Since January 07 I have a job to get some extra cash.
My question is related to my job. I translate differnt sorts of texts for a computer company and sometimes I just do not find the right expression in german though I have a clue what the word means. Could I ask you for help once I am "lost in translation" and at a loss of words or is this not allowed in this forum? I just wanted to ask before I post something wrong and have problems with you.
Have a good time.

Corrections and suggestions: My name is Peter - as you already know... I am forty something years old and retired early because of health problems. Since January 07 I have had a job to earn some extra cash.

Hello Everyone,
here is my first question: What is a Company Business Permission record in German? It must have something to do with what you call "Gewerbeschein" in German but I am not really sure as the text I have to translate is about business entities.
Have a good time.

Comment: I have no idea how to say what you ask about in German but I have to say something about the way you end your posts.
The expression "Have a good time" is best used when you know that someone is going to do something or go somewhere. Otherwise you should say something like "Have a Nice Day".
Have a good time sounds strange because it implies that you know the immediate plans or the intentions of the person the message is addressed to.
