Looking around in London, I saw "Aesop's Fables" among audiobooks for children and I wonder now if children nowadays know these stories.

Sadly, I don't think most do. I remember growing up to such fables and stories (not necessariliy Aesop's) as the one about the wolf and the cheese, Chicken Little, and the three little pigs. Now, in the days of the computer, where every little kid gets Internet access ( ), no one reads books for fun any more. Well, at least not very many people do. I'm going to make sure my kids get exposed to such great values.
