sí pron pers reflexivo
1 (3ª persona de singular) (masculino) himself: logró hacerlo por sí solo, he was able to do it by himself o on his own
(femenino) herself: lo dijo para sí, she said it to herself
(3ª persona de plural) themselves: tenían un gran parecido entre sí, they all looked very similar

Lo compré para mí
Lo compraste para ti.
Lo compró para sí.
Lo compramos para nosotros.
Lo coprasteis para vosotros.
Lo compraron para sí.

Nadie me ayudó.Lo hice por mí mismo.
Nadie te ayudó. Lo hiciste por ti mismo.
Nadie... (sigue tú)

ojo, aunque ALGUNOS se escriban igual, no son lo mismo que:

mí, ti, el/ella, nosotros, vosotros, ellos

es para mí (es para mi persona)
es para ti (es para tu persona)
es para él (es para Manolo)
es para ella ( es para María)
es para nosotros (es para Ana y para mí)
es para vosotros (es para Ana y para ti)
es para ellos (es para Manolo y para su hermano)
es para ellas (es para María y para su hermana)

PERO SEGURO QUE ESTOS PRONOMBRES YA LOS CONOCÍAS: ¿COMO SE LLAMAN?

Pero ¿cómo vas a traducir esto "La cafetière siffle ; le café doit être près!"? La bouilloire aussi siffle lorsque l'eau est en train de bouillir et c'est bien pratique ! Mais le four sonne lorsqu'il a atteint la température sélectionnée, et le micro-onde sonne aussi lorsqu'il a fini son travail. Les cloches aussi sonnent

¿Repica el horno? Eso sí que me parece raro...

Entiendo. Todavía no he aprendido esta palabra, ¿extraño, no? Voy a empezar a aprender español en el nivel A2 el septiembre que viene.

Caballito : small horse, pero es muchas cosas más, juguete también aparece en mi diccionario, y también caballito de mar como en el dibujo

Utilizar el pronombre "sí" verdaderamente es difícil. Y además, no puedo encontrar absolutamente nada sobre este tema en mis libros de gramática. Por fin, he encontrado estos pronombres en Internet: Pronombres personales en español. Hay dos pronombres "sí" diferentes...

My forced absence was due to a change of provider that did not work properly. I could neither surf the web nor make telephone calls from January 1 to last Thursday night.

I have read your sentences with great interest. Would you please be so kind as to tell me if "in a long time" (American English if I am not mistaken) and "for a long time" are interchangeable expressions?

Long time, no read, Flo. Smile

I am full of happiness and gratitude to finally be here again.

In this spring semester, I am taking three language courses:

- English Conversation (Level A2/B1)
- Spanish Reading (end of Level A1)
- Spanish (end of Level A1)

I am in my second English semester and in my fourth Spanish semester now.

To my deepest despair, the English course (Level B1) I took last semester was canceled after two lessons due to the lack of students. And I quit my former Spanish course (Level A2) after the first lesson because I could not master the grammar (past tenses) anymore. Thank God I am still taught by the same teachers! In addition, since today, I have a new Spanish teacher. All my teachers are native speakers.

Los tiempos del pasado parecen complicados pero no lo son tanto como en francés. Lo que si recuerdo que te costó un poco según nos dijiste fue el empleo del subjunctivo. Pues tengo una buena noticia : se utilizan casí como en presente.
quizás te sirva esta página de mi sitio de español aunque fue ideada para alumnos franceses...

News is not countable. To refer to a single event in the newspaper you can say a news story, a news report or a news item.
